Do actors and crew get sad when the movie they stared/made is panned or hated on online?

Something I just though about, do the cast and crew of films get sad/disappointed when the movies they stared in/made/participated in gets panned or hated on online? Because I just though it might suck they probably spent a lot of time making the film or giving their best and it turns out people diss on their project.
