Who is the most aesthetically pleasing bad guy?

For me it’s the Mouth of Sauron from The Return of the King. Whatever team designed him did an AMAZING job. They also did an awesome job with the Nazgûl, I heard they took inspiration from The Blind Dead which would make sense since those guys are pretty cool to begin with. Who’s your favourite cool looking villain? *of course the term ‘pleasing’ is purely subjective. You’re into Tim Curry as It? Better yet Tim Curry as Darkness? Sure! Whatever floats your boat.
