How does Steven Soderbergh make his movies so quickly?

I didn't know too much about him except for the Oceans trilogy, magic Mike and contagion but i just read his Wikipedia page and damn he (specially in recent years) is making like 2 movies every year, and while the filming of his movies lasts what an indie movie usually lasts (28-36 days) I'm curious about the post production process...that takes time... specially the editing...how does he do it?!?!!
