What is the most fucked up disturbing movie you watched and enjoyed?

Well as the title suggests what is your pick for favourite most disturbing movie? For me it is dogtooth (2009) from yorgos lanthimos the movie was so odd and disturbing but the premise and cinematography was complimenting it and all of that with a budget of 250.000€. Also it is really thought provoking and the film has multiple meanings.
