What is the best and worst of Christopher Nolan?

Christopher Nolan has written, directed and produced some of the most outstanding films during the last twenty years. What one film of his do you consider to be his masterpiece? that one film that you would recommend to anyone or everyone that they must see? Also, what Christopher Nolan film would you not recommend? If someone says, oh, I haven't seen that one, your response would be something like, well, you're really not missing anything. What two films in your opinion are his greatest, and his worst?
