Who are the elite “instant green light” directors that are currently working?

I’m talking about the ultra elite, top of the top. Basically the directors who can have any project they want made with a blank check budget.

I feel like there’s maybe only a handful of them (at best). Please try to be objective and don’t just list your favorites or directors who are “on the cusp” of meeting the criteria.

So - who are they?
