Question about the end of Banshees of Inisherin... (SPOILERS AHEAD)

SPOILER ALERT, LAST CHANCE TO TURN BACK.

So the old lady says that one or two people were going to die. Then, she's watching the two main characters at the end of the movie on the beach but they both survive the end of the movie. Was there some kind of indication about which one of them was going to get it? I saw Barry K / Dominic's death from a mile away but I couldn't figure out the rest of her premonition or if we got hints about it before the movie ended. Obviously I think it's implied enough that it's either P or C. Or maybe not? Does it matter? What are your thoughts about this storyline? I thought that old lady was amazing.
