What are some of your favourite memorable minor characters in movies who manage to steal scenes with their few minutes of screen time?

I'm inspired to ask this question after seeing M3gan in theatres today. There is a detective character who has only a minute or two of screen time but who absolutely made the movie for me and was hilarious for the few moments he was onscreen.

I'm wondering if you have any favourite minor characters in movies who you always focus on or find especially memorable even if they only have a few lines of dialogue.
