What film cameo was totally unexpected?

The cameos in the movie Bullet Train were definitely not what I was expecting. The scenes with Channing Tatum are absolutely hilarious and one of the funniest parts of the movie. I also didn’t expect to see Ryan Reynolds pop up later on for a brief cameo. What film cameos do you think were very surprising and unexpected?
