Enemy Of The State appreciation

This is such an overlooked 90’s action thriller. It’s my favorite Will Smith movie alongside Independence Day and Men In Black.

This movie has everything. Solid action, humor, excellent mood, cool tech, well written dialogue and excellent charisma from every single actor, especially Gene Hackman. Everything in this movie works in such a satisfying way. The bad guys are such douchebags, but not in a glorified way. In a pathetic way that makes you hate them and want them to lose. The movie never panders to a specific crowd. Such a solid movie. Jason Lee and Will Smith have a couple of dumb lines, but I can completely overlook it because everything in this movie works. Hollywood needs to review this movie and take some notes, cause they knew how to make movies back then. It blows away Mission Impossible
