Most uncomfortable movie you have ever seen?

I mean uncomfortable as in making you squirm in your seat because the tension between the characters on screen is so palpable that you want to try to physically get away from it. Perhaps a movie about a marriage breakdown or friends fighting etc? Though it could be anything that gives you that… I want to leave now feeling lol. Usually this is a very good movie, so not uncomfortable as in crude or just crass or vulgar etc.
