What is the most disgusting movie you've ever seen?

Hope you're not eating anything cause I want your opinion about disgusting movies.

I know disgust means different things, but I don't mean it necessarily in the sense of a movie being really bad or immoral. More like a movie that really triggered your disgust reaction, in one or more scenes that were gross.

I will give you an example. But without giving away spoilers, so let's just say the movie Oldboy, the octopus scene. I felt nauseated watching that.

I asked a friend who mentioned a certain scene from Kevin Smith's movie Tusk. Haven't seen that so can't comment.
