What's an example of a great movie ruined by bad or too much CGI?

I think a good example of the right uses of CGI is in the original Jurassic Park. Inception is another good example in my opinion.

It's too bad when an otherwise great movie, like one with good acting, story, character development, and camera work uses bad CGI or relies on it too much. Because doing so really takes you out of the story and reminds you that it's a movie. It's the equivalent of watching the sausage being made...and being made badly.

Can you think of good movies that were ruined or otherwise negatively affected by the CGI?
