Things that happen in movies that I wish were that simple in real life.

Movies tend to simplify what would otherwise be more time consuming matters in real life. One thing I've seen so many times in movies is when someone gives away a vehicle or car, simply by giving them the keys. Pretty nice of them right? Well, in real life that would maybe cause some problems if you couldnt get ahold of that person again. Besides a visit to the DMV, you need the signed over title of the car, and I can't think of any but a handful of movies that mention the title or "pink slip."

What other things that happen in movies would be less simple in real life?
