What movie do you think is great, not because it did something wildly different, but because it's a classic or established formula executed perfectly?

Like the title says, what are movies that didn't break the mold or subvert expectations, but delivered a tried and true story with total mastery?

This was inspired by a rewatch of Jiro Dreams of Sushi, where his sushi is renowned the world over for being simple and traditional, but executed better than anyone else.
