Something I noticed re-watching Reservoir Dogs

When Mr.Blonde reveals he has a cop in his trunk, it's his idea to interrogate him for information about who the rat is.

But.. he lets Mr.Pink and Mr.White do the interrogating whilst he sits innocently in the corner of the room, because he knows nice-guy Eddie is on the way.

Mr.Pink and Mr.White take the heat from Eddie for taking the cop out of the trunk, and it makes their claims to Eddie of Mr.Blonde being a psychopath look ridiculous, because he's just walked in on them beating a cop black and blue.

This leads to Eddie ignoring their warnings about leaving Mr.Blonde alone with the cop.

Leading to a dance with a straight razor.
