What movie should have been way better just based on the talent involved?

I've been thinking about the movie 1941 (1979) and how absolutely stacked that film was in terms of cast and crew. Directed by Steven Spielberg, written by Robert Zemeckis/Bob Gale/John Milius, music by John Williams. Starring Dan Aykroyd and John Belushi in their absolute primes, and co-starring John Candy, Ned Beatty, Christopher Lee, Toshiro Mifune, Warren Oates, Robert Stack, and countless others. The concept of a screwball WWII comedy sounds fun on paper, and seems like it would have been a slam dunk with all that talent in front of and behind the camera. But it just doesn't really come together well at all, either as a war film or a comedy.

What are some other movies that had a stacked cast and/or crew, but the end result was underwhelming or outright bad?
