What's the highest-numbered sequel?

With the recent announcement of Saw 11, I was wondering: what's the highest-numbered sequel movie ever made?

Rules:

• Must be a numbered sequel (otherwise I believe "No Time to Die" would easily be the winner).
• Must be a theatrical release.

I think the current record is 10, jointly held by Saw X and Fast X -- although it's questionable if Fast X counts since there's no Fast 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 7, 8 or 9.

Are there any contenders?
