The amount of fake movie news Facebook pages is never ending.

I’ve blocked tons of these pages when I’m scrolling through and see one of their nonsense posts as a “suggested post” on my newsfeed. A new one just takes its place. There’s so many of them.

[Big name actor] confirmed for [MCU/SW/DC] role.

No they weren’t.

Sequel to [big movie] confirmed and starts production.

No it hasn’t.

Repeat x a million.

They’re like the National Enquirer of the internet. They’re not even articles, or links to websites. Just pictures with some text over it. Low effort never ending spam.
