Which movies feel a lot longer/shorter than they really are?

We have all seen our fair share of movies whose runtime doesn't exactly match how long they feel when you watch them. (Ah, the pacing...)

Basically, two questions:

1. Which movies feel a lot shorter than they really are?
2. Which movies feel a lot longer than they really are?

My answers to this are:

1. The Social Network. At exactly 2 hours, it feels at most 40 minutes long.
2. Easy Rider. At 1 hour and 36 minutes, I'll be honest, it feels at least an hour longer.
