Between Blade Runner 2049 and Dunkirk, one amazing work of cinematography will be left Oscar-less this year.

So I just came out of a Blade Runner 2049 screening, and I think it's obvious Deakins is getting another cinematography nomination. However, I think it's not at all a given that he already won. Thinking back to Dunkirk and the amazing shots of the movie, it's a neck and neck race between two amazing achievements of film making.
