What is a brilliant moment in a mediocre film?

I recently saw Jumanji which I thought was interesting that it was more about a boy finding his manhood. I thought it was brilliant that they had Alan's dad and the hunter played by the same actor and how near the beginning of the movie his dad is telling him to face his fears and one of the first things the hunter says is to come face him like a man. I thought it was a brilliant moment in an otherwise mediocre film and was wondering if there are any more examples like that.
