What movie would you consider to be a “flawed masterpiece”?

There are plenty of movies that are universally loved and most people would agree are a masterpiece. Citizen Kane, The Godfather, Ben-Hur, etc. but some movies, in my opinion, are also masterpieces even though they have some flaws. The two big ones for me are Watchmen and Interstellar. Both of these movies have glaring flaws but I think the good in them outweigh the bad by so much that they are amazing. What movies do you think have too many big flaws to be considered a straight up masterpiece, but are so good that you would call it a flawed masterpiece.
