How do you think actors feel doing intense sex scenes in movies?

Alright, I know it's not uncommon for actors to have to do sex scenes or love scenes where things get pretty graphic. But I usually do research on how they get around it and so on (the Foley method, etc.) And never thought of it as a huge deal to me.

Well after watching this scene [https://www.erome.com/a/hmIsDfd7] from an actual movie, I'm starting to rethink my stance on this. This scene isn't only graphic but appears very real and akin to some porn out there. Hence, the website it's on currently.

It made me think how actors feel or prep themselves to do scenes like this in movies. I'm sure the film is very good and the subject matter is interesting but watching that made me feel particularly... aroused (The whole spitting in each other's mouths bit). I could only imagine how the actresses felt, or didn't feel, when they filmed it. Does it get uncomfortable doing something like this in most likely a room full of people?

I know I probably sound like a teenage virgin right now but it just left me wondering and questioning.

What are everyone's thoughts on this?
