What would you consider was the single biggest blow up of someone's career in film?

To clarify, a single point for someone who's role in the industry just suddenly exploded due to a particular moment.

For example, Jordan Peele was pretty well known in comedy for years but after the success of Get Out his career has erupted to the point where he is already becoming a key institution in several areas. He's now a prominent producer whose name is used to gather more attention to different projects. He is producing the new Twilight Zone series and his name is attracting just as much (or even more) attention than Spike Lee's for BlacKkKlansmen which is insane considering how long Lee has been around. Of course he also won the Oscar for his first original screenplay he wrote alone which is giving his second movie a severe amount of hype.

Jordan Peele is of course just a very recent example and there are many others. What other cases can you think of? It could be at the very start of someone's career or later down the line after being a player in the industry for a while.
