Long story short, I am inebriated and am attempting to watch "Cashback" that I purchased a while back in SD. Turns out that I've lost access to it and while it appears in my library, it's just a trailer for the movie. I've taken screenshots with respect to my conversation with a couple of Apple representatives. Let this be a cautionary tale for y'all.

Update 2 (for /r/apple): You have to be kidding me with the downvotes. It's one thing to appreciate what Apple puts out and another to criticize them when they're doing something unethical or even shady.
