Dear critics: for God’s sake, stop saying “(blah blah blah) is the movie we need right now.”

It’s way past overused. To keep saying it at this point is just lazy and unoriginal.

Furthermore, it’s fucking dramatic to keep using that phrase. I’m not saying it’s not bad in the U.S. right now, but it’s definitely been worse. We don’t NEED a fucking movie. I don’t care if it’s Citizen Kane, it’s not going to fix your problems or the world’s.

I’m sure you’ll read this and think “this guy is seriously on the rag.” I’m honestly just sick to death of this goddamn phrase.
