Favorite actors who can be both good AND bad guys? The Adam Scott Paradox!

I am hard pressed to think of actors who with very minor changes can go from being so loathsome (Step Brothers, The Good Place) to very likeable (Party Down, Parks and Rec) like Adam Scott.

The closest I can think of is Gary Oldman who is more of a transformative chameleon rather than a simple change of tone or dialog.

Ray Wise is a pretty good example of someone who can be both an affable, Dad type and extremely intimidating with just a furrowed brow.
