What's the worst movie premise you can possibly think of?

So yeah the actual worst movie premise would probably be something like 10000+ hours of watching paint dry, but that's a boring answer

What's the worst movie premise you can think of that at least still has the basic structure of a normal movie (i.e. protagonists, setting, etc.)

Also, if this terrible movie was actually being made, who would you try to cast, and who would you want to direct the movie ?
