No trailer watched = Better movie experience

It’s like reading a book. The author slowly builds and introduces the synopsis of the story by periodically introducing characters, and detailing the setting. You really don’t fully understand what’s going on in a lengthy novel till 80-100 pages in.

A trailer shows you key scenes right away to pull you in which ruins the mystery of the story the author is trying to build.

This might be nostalgia because I watched these films in middle school, but the most memorable movie experience at the theater was Inception (opening night, gasping crowd), and Drive. Didn’t know at all what the films where about, just that they were good. Same with Pulp Fiction (not In theaters unfortunately)

Thank you guys for recommending movies with out me having to watch a trailer.
