In Terms Of Practical Effects I Think The Ninties TMNT Movie Is Really Good.

I don't really see it talked about that often in regards to the effects, but the costumes are

A. Really good, like they look awesome.

B. Despite being costumes are able to emote really well.

C. Despite being heavy as all hell and the people inside the costumes being almost blind from being inside them they still managed to pull off a pretty good fight scene in them

Some really hard work went into these costumes and I don't think I've really seen them be appreciated for it that much.
