I had really low expectations for Prey and I came away completely blown away. Dan Tratchenberg is a fucking talent and a big time director to watch.

Everything about this movie is amazing. The predator design is outstanding, the choreography of the set pieces is outstanding, cinematography is breathtaking, and the two leads are amazing. Easily the best Predator movie including the original for me. It's time studios start giving Dan Tratchenberg bigger IPs or green light some of his original shit. What he does here with $65 million dollars is spectacular. Also Amber Midthunder gives what should be a star making performance.
