Who gave the most frightening, best performance of Lucifer in any movie?

Not comedies, but movies where Satan is supposed to actually be scary. For me my choice is Viggo Mortensen as Lucifer in "The Prophecy". A fantastic movie overall, but Viggo really managed to make me feel afraid of the devil, something most portrayals I think lack.

Who do you think was actually a scary Satan?
