What was the funniest scene you’ve seen in a movie?

For me, it was watching the projector scene from Ace Ventura II. For those that have not seen it, Jim Carry is watching a slide show of poachers he’s tasked to investigate. During the side show he does a series of hilarious shadow puppets to the pictures of the poachers on the screen. In frustration, the presenter shoots up from his seat and demands that Ace stops. Ace continues with shadow puppets on him. He finishes with a shadow puppet of a eye mask and yells, “High ho silver away”. That last bit burst my bladder a bit sitting in the theater. It was a comedic diamond. What was yours?
