Devil advocate 1997 Subway scene

Am i the only one horrified by this ? When Pacino is telling to a stranger that his gf is cheating on him and suggesting him to kill her. We don’t hear of the outcome but its sounds obvious, he killed her and her lover too and his life and everyone around will be ruined

Pacino’s is amazing in it, he owns every seconds and every line.
