Only get to see one R rated movie.

What movie would you suggest to a 40+ year old who has never seen an R rated movie? Majority of my wife's family are Mormon, so most have never seen an R rated movie. One of my SIL is leaving the faith and wants to know what she should watch. She said she might only ever watch this one R rated movie.
