What's your favorite "cameo", or limited-screen-time performance in a comedy?

What I mean by cameo/limited-screen-time I mean comedic performances that only encompass a maximum of 10 minutes, and maybe a dozen lines of dialogue. And usually, but not always, it's from a famous actor or actress we're all very familiar with.

For me I always go back to Jon Voight in Zoolander. He's just so fucking serious when he gets upset with Derek's male modeling at the bar, and turns in an Oscar-worthy performance which makes it even funnier.
