Where does Best Buy's physical media go when they remove it from shelves?

With a recent discussion about Best Buy removing their physical media from their shelves, I was wondering if anyone had any inside knowledge on what they do with them? Will they trash them? Sell them to another store? Or could offers be made on them by customers who walk in?

I've been wanting to build up my physical collection for some time and have a few pieces already but it's been hard to justify the price sometimes. But if any of us could snag some at a good price while potentially saving them from the landfill I think that could be a win-win.
