Which movie has the most impactful ‘character finds out the shocking truth’ scene?

For me, the most spine chilling scene in a movie is when a character suddenly finds out the shocking truth and the audience has no clue what’s going on until the reveal.

The ending of Insidious was really shocking to me, and the face of the old lady figuring out that the guy is not actually himself gives me chills every time I watch it.
