Ford Vs. Ferrari and other "Passion versus Committee/Bureaucracy" type films

After seeing Ford Vs Ferrari, when describing it to friends, I described it as a film where you have a passionate individual at odds with a larger organization trying to rein them in.

It seems like a pretty common story archetype of the passionate creator/artist/renegade up against a larger organization (company, league, government) trying to rein them in.

What are some other films you feel fit this genre? Some that come to mind are Man on the Moon, The People Versus Larry Flint.
