Kevin's McAllister is straight up brutal in Home Alone 2....

We are re-watching Home Alone and Home Alone 2 because it's Christmas, and they are fun Christmas movies right? I'm not spoiler tagging this, because these movies have been out forever.

It seems like there is a definite uptick in the suspension of disbelief required to believe that Harry and Marv actually survive this "Saw" torture house.... Kevin goes from some house protection in Home Alone one to some traps legitimately should not be survivable. Particularly, just the bricks straight to the face in the beginning.

Let's take note of the ones I think could have caused death:

• 3 or 4 bricks directly to the head from a 3 story building (Marv)

• Entire shelf of seemingly full paint cans falling on him (Marv)

• The sink that electrocutes him THAT KEVIN IS ACTIVELY INCREASING THE VOLTAGE (Marv)

• The head on fire, then the explosion after putting his head in the toilet (Harry)

• The pipe straight to the face on the stairs knocking them down a story and then falling directly onto them (both)

• kerosene rope and the resulting fall which the little murderous shit jokingly warns ahead of time with "it's a nice night for a neck injury!"

I love this movie. It's a grand ol' time. But dang, Kevin, you are an evil little one.
