In your opinion, what is the best designed non-human villain in movie history?

For me, two answers immediately spring to mind:

1. Alien - The Xenomoroh. This creature invokes pure hostility, and for my money is the best looking non-human villain in cinema history.

2. Jurassic Park - the T-Rex. I still remember how I felt when I saw the T-Rex for the first time: Awe, wonder, terror. And somehow, it manages to invoke those same feelings even today.
