What movie was ruined for you by a scene or a plot line?

Just had the misfortune of watching 'Year of the Dragon' (1985), which is considered a cult classic. It's certainly stylistic and ultra violent in a way that some people might appreciate, but I cannot get over the fact that the main character, Stanley White, a decorated NY police captain I might add, essentially rapes his love interest after she turns him down several times (it's totally cool though, after he rips her clothes off and climbs on top of her, she's super into it!). Some might argue that he was never the good guy to begin with based on how aggressive, violent, and racist he was, but there's something about nonchalantly portraying the main character, antihero or not, as a sexual predator that is so vile to me. He even wins her over in the end too! I mean, it's completely ridiculous. What other movies have been ruined for you by a scene or a plot line?
