What's the biggest drop in quality between a movie and its sequel that kept the same actor in the leading role?

I remember talking to my friend about Shazam 2, and how much of a letdown it was compared to the first one. And then I thought about other notoriously bad sequels, but most of them seem to have lost the lead actor (Speed 2, Exorcist II, The Blues Brothers 2000) or sometimes the whole cast (Son of the Mask, Queen of the Damned, American Psycho 2)

So what are some bad sequels to good movies that kept the same actor in the leading role?
