What director has the strongest decade of filmmaking?

I couldn't figure out how best to phrase the title question, but I am wondering what director you think has the most/best films made in one decade?

I would like to get some more obscure directors if possible but the ones that come to my mind:

Francis Ford Coppola, the 70's: The Godfather Part 1 and Part 2, Apocalypse Now
Martin Scorsese, the 90's: Goodfellas, Cape Fear, Casino
or alternatively the 00's: Gangs of New York, The Aviator, The Departed
Stephen Spielberg, the 90's: Jurassic Park, Schindler's List (both in same year is crazy), Amistad, Saving Private Ryan
Denis Villeneuve, the 2010's: Incendies, Prisoners, Sicario, Arrival, Blade Runner 2049
