Which movie character is the biggest deadbeat in film?

Curious to see what you all think. I personally hate Uncle Frank from Home Alone - dude just tacks himself on to his brother's wealth and vacations constantly. Interestingly enough, in the original screenplay, he hired Harry and Marv to rob his brother's house out of jealousy.

Would be interesting to see what you all think. I imagine you can find someone more worthy of the title.
