Have any of you ever noticed how great Wayne Knight was in the 1990s?

Wayne Knight has never been a leading man or box office hit. But over the course of his career, he has been an amazing character actor who can work in almost any genre. He's also a supremely talented voice actor. Like most character actors, Knight has been in a few hits. But did ever take the time to look at how many he was actually in?

Let's break it down here:

- Supporting role in Oliver Stone's political thriller, JFK, in 1991.

- Supporting role in 1992 for Basic Instinct. He's probably the central male figure in the notorious flash scene that has never left my head.

- Follows that up in 1993 with probably his most famous film role as Nedry, the conniving computer specialist, in Jurassic Park.

- Had two great roles in 1995 as Nicol Kidman's boss in To Die For and as a Michael Jordan worshipper, Stan, in Space Jam.

- Ended the decade off right by voicing the chicken man himself, Al McWhiggin, in Toy Story 2.

- Obviously, his most famous role was on television throughout the decade as he played Jerry's nemesis, Newman, on Seinfeld. He also was part of the main cast for 3rd Rock from the Sun as Officer Don.

For someone who hasn't been the most popular actor around, Wayne Knight had one hell of a run in the 1990s.
