Movies like Stand By Me or Goonies, but with girls

I’m looking for recommendations for good coming of age or adventure type movies that have female cast or at least a strong female lead. I have two young girls (10 and 12 years old) and most movies I grew up with or can think of center around boys going on fun adventures or it’s The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants.
